Scottish Housing Regulator Engagement Plan 2026–2027
We welcome the publication of our latest Engagement Plan by the Scottish Housing Regulator, covering the period from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
The Engagement Plan outlines how the Regulator will engage with us over the coming year and the areas they will focus on as part of their ongoing oversight. This includes continued assurance around our governance, financial management and the delivery of our improvement plans.
In recent years, Reidvale has made significant progress in strengthening our governance arrangements, improving financial oversight and developing long-term plans to invest in our homes and services. The Regulator has recognised this progress, with our current regulatory status confirming that we meet the required standards.
Our focus now is on building on these improvements, delivering our planned investment in homes, including addressing the condition of our tenement stock, and continuing to strengthen our organisation for the future.
