Our role as factor

Reidvale Housing Association act as factors for over 200 properties in our community. In most instances there is a Deed of Condition which appoints us as factor and sets out what services we will provide and how we will recharge owners.

The services we provide are set out in our Written Statement of Services.

In general we provide common repairs which cover anything to do with the basic tenement structure, including:

  • Roof repairs
  • Door entry repairs
  • Downpipe repairs
  • Structural repairs
  • Stonework repairs

We also carry our planned maintenance to ensure the fabric of the building is kept in good condition, including:

  • Gutter cleaning
  • Close painting and plaster repairs
  • Door entry upgrades
  • Back court maintenance and environmental improvements

We will also manage major repair works to the properties including roof repair and replacement. Stonework upgrading and window replacement
