Senior Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Officer to lead the delivery of our repairs and investment programmes. This is a key role within the organisation, helping to ensure our homes are well maintained, compliant and fit for the future.

 

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, support the delivery of major works programmes and work closely with contractors, consultants and colleagues to maintain high standards and strong customer service.

We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to support the delivery of our repairs and maintenance services. This role will help ensure our properties are safe, well maintained and responsive to the needs of tenants and residents.

You will manage day-to-day repairs, carry out inspections, work closely with contractors and support the delivery of planned maintenance programmes.

We are looking for two Maintenance Assistants to support the delivery of our repairs and maintenance services.  This is a practical support role that will help ensure our maintenance operations run smoothly and residents receive a responsive service.

You will assist with coordinating repairs, supporting inspections, liaising with contractors and maintaining accurate records.

Community Investment Officer

We are looking for a Community Investment Officer to play a key role in delivering our ambitious Community Investment Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to support investment in our homes, work alongside homeowners and partners, and help deliver long-term improvement across our community.

The role will be central to our stonework repair programme, while also supporting acquisitions, commercial and community leases, and wider community investment activity.

We are looking for an Estate Officer to support the upkeep and management of our neighbourhoods, helping to ensure our estates are clean, safe and well maintained.

This is a practical, community-facing role focused on visible service delivery and improving the day-to-day environment for residents.

Housing Officer (x2)

We are looking for two Housing Officers to deliver a comprehensive, customer-focused housing management service. This is a key frontline role supporting tenants, sustaining tenancies and helping ensure our homes and neighbourhoods are well managed.

The role covers tenancy management, arrears, allocations, voids, anti-social behaviour, complaints and customer engagement.

Housing Assistant (x2)

We are looking for two Housing Assistants to support the delivery of our housing management service. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for many customers and will support a wide range of day-to-day housing activities.

You will support Housing Officers with tenancy matters, allocations, rent accounts, customer enquiries and administration, while helping ensure our services are responsive and efficient.

Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist to provide a welcoming, professional and efficient front-line service.  As the first point of contact for many tenants, residents and visitors, this role is central to creating a positive experience of Reidvale.
