Senior Maintenance Officer

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Officer to lead the delivery of our repairs and investment programmes. This is a key role within the organisation, helping to ensure our homes are well maintained, compliant and fit for the future.

 

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, support the delivery of major works programmes and work closely with contractors, consultants and colleagues to maintain high standards and strong customer service.
