Reidvale appoints William Boale as Head of Housing and Communities
Reidvale Housing Association has confirmed the appointment of William Boale as its permanent Head of Housing and Communities.
William has been in post as Interim Housing Manager since July 2024, during which time he has played a key leadership role in stabilising services, strengthening performance, and supporting the organisation through a period of significant change.
With more than 23 years’ experience in the housing sector, William brings a strong track record in housing management, governance, and community engagement. Since joining Reidvale, he has led the Housing and Communities team through a programme of service improvement, delivering measurable outcomes for tenants and the wider community. He has also been instrumental in supporting Reidvale to return to full compliance with the Scottish Housing Regulator for the first time since 2019.
William has strengthened partnership working with key agencies, including homelessness services and community policing teams, helping to improve tenancy sustainment and reduce antisocial behaviour.
As Head of Housing and Communities, William will continue to lead housing services, customer experience, and community engagement, while contributing to the strategic direction of the association as part of the senior management team.
