The Association welcomes feedback from owners on all aspects of the factoring service it delivers. If you have a complaint or concern you wish to raise with the Association please see the How to Raise a Complaint section.

We are also keen to have owners involved in our Residents' Focus Group. If you are interested and can commit some time to be involved in discussion groups and help with consultations please contact the office on a.dundas@reidvale.org.uk or call the office on 0141 554 2406.
