RENT CONSULTATION 2025/26 POP UP EVENTS

Reidvale Housing Association consult tenants annually regarding the rent increase and it is time again for us to do this for the coming year. The increase we are proposing this year is an increase based on business needs, however we still want your feedback on the decision we are taking for the year ahead.
This year therefore, we intend to apply a rent and service charge (where applicable) increase of 4.3%. This is the increase we require to maintain the effective running of the association, and to support investment and stonework repairs required to our homes.
We have issued all tenants with a survey to complete and return either by post or via our website, however, if you would like to discuss the proposed rent increase in further detail or give us your views and opinions we would love to see you in person on any of the above dates.
