OPENING HOURS AND HOW TO CONTACT US

During normal working hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am to 4 pm on a Friday you can phone 0141 554 2406 and press 1 for Repairs and Maintenance; press 2 to Make a Payment and press 3 for General Enquiries.  After you have made your selection if no one is available to take your call and you require someone to call you back you MUST leave your name, number and a short message after the tone and someone will call you back as soon as possible. If you are reporting an Emergency Repair outwith normal working hours ONLY you should still phone the 0141 554 2406 and press 1 and this will take you straight through to our out of hours emergency repair contractor.  

Whilst our office is opened to the public, staff continue to operate a hybrid working scheme.  If you require an appointment with a particular member of staff please do not hesitate to contact us on 0141 554 2406 to arrange an appointment and we will accommodate your needs at the earliest opportunity.  If you do not wish to visit our office we are fully contactable either on the above telephone number, email or through our website at https://reidvale.org.uk/contact-us/  Our office is closed to the public between 1 pm and 2 pm but we are still fully contactable as above.  We continue to offer face to face appointments, telephone appointments or online appointments via Zoom or Teams if this is more suitable.
