Celebrating 50 Years of Reidvale: A Special Thank You to Our Tenants

 £100 supermarket vouchers for eligible Reidvale tenants

 This year marks a very special milestone for Reidvale Housing Association as we celebrate 50 years of serving our community.

 For five decades, Reidvale has been shaped by the people who live here.  From the local residents who helped establish the Association to the generations of tenants who have made Reidvale their home, our community has always been at the heart of what we do.

 As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, we're delighted to re-introduce our Tenant Reward Scheme, offering eligible tenants a £100 supermarket voucher as a thank you for their contribution to our community.

 A little extra help at Christmas

 We know that household budgets continue to be stretched and that the run-up to Christmas can bring additional financial pressures.

 We hope this reward will provide some welcome practical support at this time of year, while recognising the important part our tenants play in making Reidvale a good place to live.

 The scheme is also an opportunity to celebrate the positive relationships between the Association, our tenants and the wider community that have been built over the past 50 years.

 What is the reward?

 Eligible tenants will receive a £100 supermarket voucher, issued during the first week of December 2026.

 There will be one voucher for each eligible tenancy, including joint tenancies.

 Who is eligible?

 To qualify for the reward:

•  Your Reidvale tenancy must have started before 1 January 2026 and remain active when your application is assessed and the voucher is issued.
•  Your rent account must have no arrears when we assess your application
•  There must be no ongoing formal enforcement action involving a significant, evidenced breach of your tenancy agreement.
•  You must not have unreasonably refused access for essential statutory safety inspections, including gas and electrical safety checks.

 We understand that individual circumstances can sometimes be complicated.

 Making a complaint, being the subject of an allegation or having experienced a tenancy issue in the past does not automatically prevent you from qualifying.

 Every application will be considered fairly against the same eligibility criteria.

 How do I apply?

 You can apply by completing a Tenant Reward Scheme application form and returning it to:

You can also hand your completed form in at reception or you can complete the form on line which you will see at the end of this information.  

Applications must reach us by Monday 16 November 2026.

We will check your tenancy details and let you know whether your application has been successful.

If your application does not meet the eligibility criteria, a second member of staff will review the decision, and we will explain the reason for the outcome.
