I started work at Reidvale at the beginning of February 1991. Previously I had worked in a lawyers and an Insurance brokers before moving to work for the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, where I was responsible for organising training events and conferences for housing associations in Scotland. Working in SFHA gave me a good insight into the housing association movement and, therefore, moving to work in a housing association seemed the most obvious move to make.
When I first started work at Reidvale I worked in the maintenance section covering maternity leave and thereafter I worked in housing management. I can be found in the main office downstairs, where I form part of a team, assisting Jacqui Anderson, one of the Housing Services Officers, offering advice , information and support to residents.
When I’m not working at Reidvale I have various hobbies, I sing in a choir and I’m involved in amateur dramatics, and can be seen treading the boards in various theatres in Glasgow
