Our Services: During Your Tenancy

 Our Office:

  • Will display opening hours
  • Have an information point
  • Have a notice board and range of information leaflets
  • Have private meeting rooms available

Visiting you at home

  • If you request a home visit we will agree a mutually acceptable date and time
  • We will get to you on time or contact you if we are unable to attend for any reason
  • If you are not in when we call we will leave a card saying that we called
  • The contractors we use to do work for us will be polite and friendly. They will clear up any mess while they repair your home
  • All Association staff and contractors carry photo I.D. cards

When you phone us

  • We will always answer your call quickly and politely
  • If we need to pass your call to someone else we will give you the name of that person
  • If we cannot help you when you call, we will call you back as soon as possible

When you write to us

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your letter within 5 working days
  • Thereafter we will respond to your query as quickly as possible
